Our Story
A Group Founded on Purpose
Cofletx was established as a parent holding company with a clear mission: to consolidate specialist expertise in architecture and engineering under a single, professionally governed structure. The group was incorporated in Ghana and has grown to become a trusted name in the country's AEC sector.
The decision to operate through two distinct subsidiaries — Cofletx Engineering and Construction LTD and COFARCH Services LTD — reflects our belief that specialist focus yields better outcomes for clients. Each entity maintains its own professional identity while drawing on shared resources, values, and strategic direction set at group level.
Our operations are headquartered in Accra with project delivery capability across all regions of Ghana and select international markets. We serve a diverse client base spanning government agencies, private developers, financial institutions, NGOs, and individual property owners.
